Triple safety protection device to ensure safe and reliable production process - All procedures are controlled by HMI & PLC, all parameters can be revised in HMI with easy operation - Single door opening with two seal layer insure no steam leakage. - State standard Q235B Profile steel are used for block mould frame. - State standard LY12 aluminum is used for steam chamber, thickness 5mm - Yuken brand hydraulic controls block ejection, open & close door, lock & unlock door. - Special pipe system reduce steam consumption with fast cycle time. Pressure gauges-(ISO Standard) Buttery fly valves-(ISO Standard_

Wrapping Station
- All block mould frame are treated by heat-treatment to release the welding stress, so that the frames would not deformed;
- After heating treatment, all mould frame are processed by sand blasting treatment to get rust prevention, so under coat and finishing coat are greatly improved anticorrosion performance and long life.

-Special aluminum alloy plate, high thermal conductivity, good compressive strength, no deformation; -High quality section steel welding, high strength, no deformation, can bear the expansion force of high density plate; -Advanced penetration technology, various density, uniform heating, high production efficiency; -Advanced cooling system, greatly shorten the cooling time, reduce production energy consumption.
